Information you provide
The first-party request form collects name, email, business, optional phone, service utility, question category, message and consent to contact you about the request. Do not put bills, account numbers, banking information or tax identifiers in the initial message.
How requests are processed
Netlify processes form submissions and spam checks. Verified requests are sent through a signed private connection to Jaken’s internal lead and quote management system, including its existing Monday workflow. The record includes originating website and submission reference so the request can be attributed and followed up. The form also supports an owner notification.
Contact and consent
The consent checkbox concerns contact about the submitted request. It does not enroll an energy account, authorize a supply agreement or subscribe you to customer campaigns. You may ask Jaken to stop responding or to correct information by emailing jason@jakenenergy.com.
Planning tools
Website calculators run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent through the inquiry form, written to local storage or sent to a market-data API. Downloaded CSV or calendar files remain under your control. If you separately enter information in the request form, that information is submitted through the form process above.
Calendar and external resources
Booking links open OneCal’s scheduling service, which processes booking details under its own terms. External reference websites have their own privacy practices. This site uses locally served imagery, styles and calculator code rather than embedding third-party tracking into the tools.
Access, retention and questions
Contact jason@jakenenergy.com for access, correction or deletion requests and questions about handling your business inquiry. Information may be retained as needed to respond, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. This page does not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been established.
