Nature of Our Service
CommercialEnergyPlan.com is operated by Jaken Energy, an independent commercial energy brokerage. We act as your agent in the energy procurement process — soliciting competing quotes from licensed retail energy suppliers on your behalf. We do not sell electricity or natural gas directly.
Our services are provided at no direct cost to you. When you enroll with an energy supplier through our process, we receive a broker fee from that supplier, built into the contract rate. This fee is present in all supplier pricing whether or not a broker is involved.
No Guarantee of Savings
We make no guarantee that our services will result in lower energy costs for your business. Energy markets fluctuate and savings depend on your current contract terms, usage profile, and prevailing market conditions at the time of procurement. We will provide honest assessments of whether switching makes financial sense.
